Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to manufacturing hubs and SME clusters.
- Educate business owners on export opportunities through Alibaba.com.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B Direct Sales.
- Strong preference for candidates with prior experience at Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or JustDial.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Role Overview: Lead a high-performance team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. You will be responsible for training, mentoring, and closing high-value accounts.

Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Sales / E-commerce sales.

Role Overview: Take ownership of high-value key accounts and lead a larger team of sales professionals to drive significant market expansion and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage enterprise-level SME clients and oversee high-value closures.
- Mentor and guide Sales Managers and Executives to achieve ambitious territory targets.
- Develop advanced sales strategies for penetrating new industrial clusters.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of progressive B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios and team leadership.
- Exceptional negotiation and strategic planning skills.
Role Overview: Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients who have purchased Alibaba GGS memberships. Act as the primary point of contact for optimizing their online storefronts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in setting up and designing their Alibaba mini-sites.
- Conduct regular training sessions for clients on platform usage and best practices.
- Address and resolve customer queries promptly to ensure high retention rates.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of customer service or account management experience (B2B preferred).
- Excellent communication and technical troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or B2B portals is a strong plus.
Role Overview: Lead the service delivery team to ensure maximum client satisfaction, high renewal rates, and operational excellence in customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer retention and engagement strategies.
- Monitor team KPIs including resolution time, onboarding speed, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Handle escalated client issues and personally manage VIP accounts.
